Top Drives goes Rogue! In the second part of MINISTRY OF RACING, Agents Edwards and Steel need your help to pick up the trail of a set of stolen police cars… But they’re doing it against their Secret Agencies’ orders!

While the format has changed slightly, your mission is simple: win matches, open packs, spend Cash and beat Challenges to progress. Do those things and you will earn rewards.

How To Play

Events

A regular Rogue Agents-branded 48-hour event starts every day. Tickets restore every 3 hours, rather than every 2.5 hours. Rogue Agents packs come from Objectives tracks, not the Events themselves.

Collection & Challenges

• Beat the 20 Rogue Agents Challenges to win Cash, packs, and progress towards Prize Cars.

• Unlock the Challenges by owning up to 45 unique Rogue Agents cars. Own more than that and you unlock all the Challenges, and claim bonus Objectives for extra Rogue Agents Energy.

• Collect enough Rogue Agents cars to reach some special packs - a guaranteed Legendary, guaranteed Epic and 2x Carbon Fibers are up for grabs!

• Once unlocked, each challenge round requires Rogue Agents Energy to enter:

  • Challenges 1-5 require 1 Energy per round

  • Challenges 6-10 require 2 Energy per round

  • Challenges 11-15 require 3 Energy per round

  • Challenges 16-20 require 4 Energy per round

• 5 Challenges start immediately, then 5 more will be released each of the next 3 days.

• Progress through the System’s Cache Challenges is unlocked by claiming System Cache Tokens from Objectives - win Event matches and spend Cash to proceed!

• Each day, you can spend Energy to receive extra Cash and Rogue Agents Premium Lite packs in daily Stash Challenges.

• Unlock each one with a Safehouse Key, claimed from the daily Supply Drop Objectives for spending Cash! Spend $190k to earn the Key.

• Once you have completed all twenty of the main collection Challenges, you will unlock a daily Depot Challenge instead, with Carbon Fiber packs and better Cash on offer! The sooner you beat the core Challenges, the more days of Carbon Fibers you can claim.
