Hutch Creators

The Hutch Creator Program is managed by Hutch to help creators of all sizes create exciting content and grow their channel size, reach and engagement. The program has three tiers - Open, Affiliate and Partner - so there's a place for creators at every stage.

Everyone who applies is guaranteed a place in the Open tier. However, acceptance into the Affiliate or Partner tiers is reviewed individually, and applying doesn't automatically qualify you for those higher tiers.

You can start right away! As soon as you're accepted into one of our Creator tiers we'll give you assets to help you start levelling up your content.

Anyone with an active channel who is currently producing, or interested in producing, Hutch content is eligible to join the Open tier. Meeting the criteria for Affiliate or Partner (see requirements above) unlocks those tiers' additional benefits.

Open tier Creators receive Discord server access, content creation support such as guides/advice/feedback, content amplification opportunities, and access to game assets.

Creators in the Affiliate tier will receive everything Open tier Creators receive, but also: Exclusives and Early Access information, Giveaway content, Merch, Special Event invitation and in-game items. 

Creators in the Partner tier may also be selected to take part in special Promotional Opportunities and receive other benefits such as increased in-game rewards and giveaway allowances.

Read the requirements for Open, Affiliate and Partner at the top of this page, and click "Apply Now" to sign up. All eligible applicants join Open immediately upon a quick review of your application; Affiliate and Partner are reviewed separately.

You don't need to be an Open, Affiliate or Partner member to create Hutch content. By joining the Hutch Creator Program, you receive additional support to help you make great content for your audience.

Hutch do not have Creative Control over your videos, and do not dictate what you must do or say in your video content.

The game's Terms of Service rules always apply, so video content must not display or discuss anything that would break these terms. But this does not count as Creative Control or having final sign-off on your content.

Because the content you generally make does not fall under advertising rules, you do not need to disclose anything in the videos. When we provide items for Giveaways to Affiliates & Partners, we inform them that they need to disclose these items have been gifted.

Should any paid opportunities be offered to Partners, we would provide guidance to Creators on how to properly disclose this information their audience requires to adhere to advertising standards.

We review creator performance every month, and we will reach out to you if we believe you meet the requirements to move up to another tier.

For entry to the Affiliate tier - Creators who show consistent growth, engagement, quality and/or relevant content may be promoted to this tier.

For entry to the Partner tier - Hutch Creator Partners will be hand picked from those performing well in the “Affiliate” tier. There are no specific requirements outside of consistent activity & quality to reach this tier.

Our team will review your application and we will be in touch within the next 2-3 weeks to discuss next steps and into which tier you will be placed.

Yes - we want you to enjoy making content on your channel, and if your audience enjoys variety, we encourage you to keep it that way.

That said, consistent activity is a requirement for the Affiliate and Partner tiers. If no Hutch-related content is posted for a while, we may pause your membership until you're posting consistently again.

Depending on the circumstances for you not being able to meet the requirements, we may pause your Affiliate/Partner rewards until you're able to make content more frequently, or we will move you into the Open tier temporarily.

We would review each individual's situation and proceed accordingly.

Yes, it's important to take care of yourself and take a break if needed.

If you're in the Affiliate/Partner tiers, we can pause in-game rewards until you're back, and then reactivate rewards once you've made content for 4 weeks.

When you're accepted into the Creator Program, you will be sent a Discord Invite code to join the private server. In our Discord server, you will be able to chat to other Creators and Hutch staff about the Program and game content.

Rewards are not guaranteed, and all perks are offered at our discretion.
