BIG NEWS! We’ve signed up to a 4-day working week trial for 6 months! In June we’ll move to a 4-day week with no reduction in pay for staff. Hutch started out as a business with a ‘no-crunch’ culture that embraced hybrid working, so it was a no brainer for us to get involved with this pilot study that will be taking place in a number of companies across the country.

Currently we give Hutchies the chance to take part in Personal Project Days every fortnight to work on something away from their usual work - for example, prototyping a new game, doing a course, or creating a new tool or process. It's been a great success and will be a fantastic springboard into the 4-day week trial.

We’re excited to take part and hope to see a positive impact on staff health and work /life balance, as well as a boost to gender equality and a more sustainable work environment.
